ServeBoard is an all-in-one operations platform built for catering businesses. It brings client management, staff management, event orders, payments, menus, and invoicing together in one centralized dashboard, replacing spreadsheets and scattered tools with a streamlined digital system.
I designed and developed the platform around the day-to-day needs of catering businesses, with a focus on making complex operational tasks simple and accessible. The system includes role-based staff access, complete order tracking from inquiry through fulfillment, automated estimates and invoices, and a real-time dashboard with revenue analytics.
The platform was built using Next.js, React, Tailwind CSS, Node.js API routes, MongoDB/Mongoose, JWT authentication, and AWS S3 for scalable file management.
