Habit Driven is a cross-platform product designed to help people build lasting routines through intelligent guidance. I led technical execution across the mobile application, web experience, administration platform, and backend system from MVP planning through production launch.
The system was designed around speed, reliability, and a responsive user experience. I implemented optimistic updates and caching, built scalable APIs, designed real-time data architecture, and integrated Stripe, Google, and Apple payments. An in-app AI assistant delivers personalized insights and can carry out actions for users.
